Issue with character encoding in SendEmailExtended

description

If the user submits a £ sign this is replaced by a ? in the email delivered.

The solution is to set the BodyEncoding to UTF8 in the SendEmailExtended.cs file.

Add a comma at the end of line 68 and add a new line on 69: BodyEncoding = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8
