Release Notes

Contour contrib shares several DataSourceTypes, FieldTypes, PrevalueTypes and WorkflowTypes for Umbraco Contour.

To use this, drop the contents of this ZIP file into the root of your Umbraco site.

Updates
v0.0.2 - Added ReCaptcha fieldtype. Don't make it mandatory, it won't work. But if it's on the form it still is always mandatory. If you want to provide custom translations, just look at the API (http://code.google.com/apis/recaptcha/docs/customization.html) and turn the contents of "custom_translations" into one long comma-seperated string. Don't forget the private and public key!

Just a quick overview:

DatasourceTypes allows you to store form data in a different database from Umbraco's, or even send the form data through a webservice to another server.

FieldTypes a good example of a custom fieldtype is when you want all of the values from a list of checkboxes stored in one field in Contour. This is a built-in custom fieldtype. A checkbox list like that is not actually available in a default html form.

PrevalueTypes allow you to get prevalues (for example for dropdownboxes and radiobuttons from a source other than typing them in yourself.

WorkflowTypes are used during the flow of opening, submitting and handling the form. They allow you to send e-mails, create documents in Umbraco or execute arbitrary code.

Please feel free to request collaboration and add your own awesome custom Contour work.

This release only contains a new workflowtype: Send e-mail and define the reply-to address.

The source of the RestContour package (http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/cultiv-restcontour) is rolled into this project as well, as it extends Contour in an important way. It will still be a seperate package as I think most people won't need both together.
